Comfrey's medicinal and life applications are tremendous. Used in Europe for centuries as a bone healing aid, comfrey is most often used today medicinally in wound healing salves and poultices. Her leaves are densely nutrient and contain the constituent Allantoin, which promotes rapid cell growth. Care should be taken to use on only clean wounds as her fast acting medicine can trap anything inside the skin. Consult a doctor before internal use.
