Japanese Mugwort Yomogi

Artemisia princeps

Also called Korean Mugwort, A. princeps is in the same plant genus as Mugwort (A. vulgaris) and Absinthe/Wormwood (A. absinthium). All of these are varieties of the native to the desert southwest, Artemisia tridenta, which is often called sage in the four corners area. 

The Artemisia family all have different energies but Yomogi shares with them all a deep bitterness in taste and a strong magical and dream world connection. Yomogi is often used in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
