The latin of this plant speaks to its history in the story of Achillea's and the million little leafs contained in one leaf. Yarrow also has a million uses, or close! A blood regulator (especially for menstrual cycles), considered a hemostatic, anti-viral, wound healing, bitter and digestive aid and also the original "sticks" used in throwing the I-Ching.
